it all starts with a photograph...
Photography has always been very interesting to me. I love how you can capture a moment in time and go back to revisit it anytime you desired.
I was given my first camera, a Polaroid Land Camera, for Christmas when I was 11 years old. Since then I’ve had all sorts except the ‘real film' 35mm camera. It was far too technical. Give me a point and shoot any day. That was until 2009 when I looked through the lens of my sister-in-law’s DSLR. Wow! I felt like I could do some serious damage with that. So I invested in my first, a Canon7D.
Creating digital art with Photoshop had also been a passion since 2005 but since discovering Instagram in 2012 all that began to shift. A new love had stolen my heart all because of doing a 365 project (a photo a day) with my iPhone.
Mobile photography along with mobile editing has become my latest challenge and passion. I do mix it up occasionally with a bit of Photoshop accompanying my mobile art.
After growing up in cold North Dakota, I reside in sunny Texas with my hubby Blake.
